MOSCOW, Aug 21 (PRIME) -- Russia’s grain exports fell 11.7% on the year to 6 million tonnes from July 1 through August 15, the Agriculture Ministry said in a statement on Wednesday citing data of the Federal Customs Service.
Russia’s combined grain exports amounted to 43.3 million tonnes in the 2018–2019 agricultural year, including 35.2 million tonnes of wheat.
The ministry sees grain exports in the 2019–2020 agricultural year at 45 million tonnes including 36 million tonnes of wheat.
